Board of Directors - Election Nomination Form

Would you or anyone you know be interested in serving a one-year term on the LPL Board of Directors?

Any Member may nominate another member to serve a one-year term on the board of directors. Nominees will be contacted prior to the election to accept their nomination. The nine members receiving a plurality of votes at the Annual Meeting & Election Night will be elected board members for the next year.
