LPL Horseshoe Hammond Casino Trip

Saturday, May 17, 2008 -
FREE Event! Includes Bus Ride.

We will be departing by bus from Buck's at 11:00am - Leaving casino by at 3pm and arriving back in Chicago at approximately 4:00.

You MUST fill out the Registration form by May1st in order to attend - NO EXCEPTIONS. (This is a requirement of the casino itself. Any registration received after May 1 will be denied.)

In-Person Registration will also be available at Wednesday Bowling (...see Chuck) and at the Annual Meeting and Election Night @ Touche' on April 26th.

Notice...
Must be 21 years of age with ID. All information in the registration must be complete and submitted by May 1st. Although there is no admission and a free bus ride, all guests must show that they have $50 on their person in order to board the bus or they will be rejected.
