Mailing Address - U.S. Mail Street Address

Active LPL members - please add/confirm/revise your home mailing address using the following form. In the event of any special events or announcements, we may choose to occasionally send out a special mailing via the Post Office.

• Members without email, use this form to submit an address change.
• Those who normally receive email newsletters, please submit your home address for our LPL records and for special postal mailings.
• If you need to make a change in your current address, please let us know.
• Former members or those who have moved away, we would love to hear from you - please let us know your email address using the "general" Email Page, to receive our newsletters and tell us what you have been up to.
