LPL Winter Getaway & Ski Trip
Friday-Sunday for a Mid-Winter Weekend

Something Fun for Everyone ~
(even in the dead of the Midwestern winter):

• Two Nights in Madison, WI at the Best Western "INN ON THE PARK". You may arrive anytime Friday evening. The hotel has a swimming pool, hot tub whirlpool, restaurant, lounge, cable tv, and internet access. In addition, we are very near local stores, museums, downtown shops/sight-seeing, and nightlife.

• Ski Adventure at Devil's Head Ski Resort: For the adventurous, on Saturday morning we will go to the resort (about 45 minutes north) for skiing and snow boarding. If you prefer, you can just come as a spectator or just spend the day in Madison. Lift tickets and ski rental costs vary, and are up to the individual - just pay on site.
• Relax, Party, Shop, Socialize: Lots to do for your "weekend away", even if you prefer to spend Saturday in Madison - most within walking distance from the hotel!
• The 24-hour LPL Hospitality Room will have snacks, beverages, area maps, ski info, and local attraction listings.
• Sunday morning is all yours! Get up at your leisure; enjoy the neighborhood or pool before returning home. Check the hospitality room for suggestions.
• Weekend package includes: Lodging, Friday dinner in the hospitality room, breakfast coupons for Sat. & Sun. in the hotel restaurant, free parking, plus snacks & beverages (beer/wine/soda) all weekend in the LPL hospitality room. Cost is $128.00 per person for a 2-person room. (See below for additional options.)

Reservations needed at least 2 weeks prior to event date to secure LPL hotel rate.

Room options:
- You may specify your preference for either a room with one bed or a room with two beds. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your requests.

Cost per person:
- 1 person room: $236
- 2 person room: $128 each
- 3 person room: $96 each
- 4 person room: $80 each

HELPFUL HINTS:
Transportation, ski gear, swim wear, and hard liquor are not included. Reservations are on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. Any cancellations can not be reimbursed less than 24 hours before check-in. Each individual is responsible for their own incidentals. Check-out time on Sunday is at 12:00 noon. Directions to Devils Head Resort and local attractions will be available at the LPL Hospitality Room in the hotel.
